Update:

...I spoke with the insurance coordinator again. Basically we both apologized. I did it because I know you can catch more flies with honey...and she did it because she somewhat admitted that she gave me the WRONG impression yesterday morning.

Lonng story short - the paperwork is into the insurance peeps and we're waiting to hear back from them. Hopefully soon. If we have to pay OOP at first and then get reimbursed, that's fine. It's better than nothing!

I feel like a HUGE weight has been lifted off my/our shoulders.








...is it wrong that I'm already mentally spending that money on the nursery furniture???
